Canon K35s are the perfect combination of amazing performance and unique character. They are low contrast, have a gentle focus fall-off, and produce gorgeous pastel skin-tones. Our set is made up of some of the oldest K-35s produced, therefore they are quite warm, and flares are a beautiful mix of gold, amber and magenta.

The K35s were made in the 70's and 80's as Canon's response to the Zeiss Super Speeds, and they won an Academy Award in 1977 for their optical design. The K35s were used most notably on the films.

The original set of Canon K-35 primes consisted of 18, 24, 35, 55, 85 mm—all T1.5 (although an earlier 18mm was T2.8). The 18mm had a front diameter 110mm. The rest were 80mm. They all covered Full Frame except the 18mm. However, there are a few things missing when you want to use original Canon K-35 lenses on a contemporary production.
